The plan of the project to move from the SiteBuilder platform to SiteWorks has the following elements:

  1. Establish the SiteWorks software on a development website.
  2. List the contents of the SiteBuilder website which are to be moved to the SiteWorks website. Include validating the contents are up-to-date.
  3. Establish the tools which enable the contents of the old website to be added to the new website efficiently.
  4. Identify who the people are best and able to move the content of the website.
  5. Make a time schedule for moving the content.
  6. Once the content is moved to the new website, validate it is correct.
  7. Spread understand and use of the features of the new SiteWorks website.
